Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and passionate Java Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and reliable applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable Java applications and services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring optimal performance and stability.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven professional experience as a Java Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Java (JDK 8/11/17+).
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
- Experience with [e.g., Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data), Hibernate, JPA, JavaEE].
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and SQL.
- Experience with version control systems Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Familiarity with messaging queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Angular) is a plus.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
- Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
