Job Description
Summary-
As a Housekeeping Order Taker, you will be responsible for receiving and processing requests for housekeeping services from guests and ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment of their needs.
Job Responsibility-
- Answering incoming calls and taking requests for housekeeping services from guests.
- Recording all requests accurately in the system and assigning tasks to the appropriate staff members.
- Coordinating with the housekeeping team to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Following up with guests to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided.
- Maintaining a log of all requests and updating the status of each request accordingly.
Candidate Requirements-
- Proven experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for recording and tracking requests.
