Stratum Global Risk is expanding its Global Operations Centre and is seeking exceptional Travel Risk Coordinators to join our growing operations team.

As a Travel Risk Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting travellers and organisations before, during and after international travel. Working within our Operations Centre, you will coordinate travel assistance requests, liaise with international service providers, manage operational cases and help ensure every client receives professional, timely and effective support.
This is a fast-paced operational role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate travel assistance and operational support cases from initial notification through to resolution.
* Communicate professionally with travellers, clients and international service providers.
* Coordinate with airlines, hotels, hospitals, transport providers, embassies and local partners around the world.
* Monitor and manage multiple live cases simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
* Maintain accurate operational records and case documentation.
* Escalate urgent or complex situations in accordance with operational procedures.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and operational support at all times.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and service delivery.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for people who are calm under pressure, highly organised and naturally enjoy solving problems.
The successful candidate will:
* Arabic and English (spoken and written).
* Be highly IT literate and confident using multiple software platforms simultaneously.
* Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Be organised, methodical and process-driven.
* Be capable of managing multiple concurrent cases in a fast-paced operational environment.
* Demonstrate sound judgement, professionalism and attention to detail.
* Thrive as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Experience
Applications are particularly welcomed from candidates with experience in:
* Travel Management
* Logistics
* Humanitarian Operations
* Airline Operations
* Travel Assistance
Experience within a 24/7 operational environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
