To provide effective administrative and operational support for all HR activities related to RJ’s outstation employees
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain all employee information and records on the HR system on a timely manner and ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing and archiving system for all employee-related documents to ensure efficient retrieval and compliance with record-keeping standards.
- Issue official documents such as salary slips, tax clearance letters, and employment verifications for expatriate staff upon request.
- Respond promptly to day-to-day HR inquiries and resolve routine issues raised by outstation employees in coordination with the Hiring Supervisor.
- Monitor and control attendance, leave, and absence records for outstation employees, ensuring compliance with HR policies.
- Facilitate the offboarding process by preparing exit documentation, calculating final settlements, and ensuring proper clearance and approvals.
- Coordinate with selected candidates to collect required documentation and initiate security clearance procedures in line with regulatory and company requirements.
- Prepare and process employment contracts for newly hired staff, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of the hiring cycle.
- Administer transfer and relocation procedures by issuing necessary documentation and coordinating with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/HR solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with diversified culture and work effectively with colleagues in different departments.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of basic HR principles, labor regulations, and policies.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
