The Customer Onboarding Specialist will set up customers for immediate success by facilitating the implementation process for new accounts. Educate new customers, help solve technical problems, and ensure smooth adoption of our HRMS product (ZenHR).

The Job - Customer Onboarding Specialist
What you'll be doing:
- Handling ZenHR small SMEs onboarding projects within the required SLA across the MENA region.
- Educate customers on the customer journey and what to expect during the implementation and onboarding.
- Help ZenHR customers set up their accounts, populate their data, apply their policies, and educate their employees on how to use the system.
- Create handover documents, delivery presentations, and technical reports for each project as per the provided templates.
- Update the project management software and company CRM with detailed updates on project progress.
- Conduct client online and on-premise meetings to facilitate the onboarding process.
- Perform client training to educate them on ZenHR and HR best practices.
- Advanced data collection, parsing, and cleansing using Excel, Google Sheets etc..
- Attend regular product and industry training to be up to date with new features and market requirements.
- Proactively solve customer issues, should they arise during the onboarding process.
- Make regular phone calls and send official emails to new customers with updates on the progress of their projects.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources or any related field.
- 0-1 Year experience in one of the following domains: HRMS or ERP implementations OR HR. Previous experience in SaaS B2B tech companies is a plus.
- Excellent English & Arabic Languages skills.
