Job Opportunity: Chief Accountant | Manufacturing Sector
We are looking for a Chief Accountant to join our team and lead the accounting operations of our manufacturing company.
The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, cost control, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
📍 Location: Factory / Head Office
📅 Experience: 8–12 years (including 3+ years in a supervisory or manufacturing role)
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
💼 Preferred Certifications: CPA, CMA, or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets).
• Review financial statements and ensure compliance with IFRS.
• Monitor costing, inventory valuation, and cost of goods sold (COGS).
• Ensure timely month-end closing and audit readiness.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Enforce internal controls and statutory compliance.
Requirements & Skills:
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and cost accounting principles.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
