Role Overview
The Strategy & Operations Officer will play a critical role in driving Masar’s performance and growth. This role combines analytical reporting, operational auditing, and strategic research to ensure the agency operates efficiently while identifying new opportunities for expansion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in performance analysis, and comfortable turning data into insights that support management decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Reporting & Analysis:
- Build, maintain, and automate performance dashboards and reports (clients, teams, and campaigns).
- Provide weekly and monthly reports highlighting KPIs, workload distribution, and utilization rates.
- Support leadership with actionable insights for resource allocation and performance optimization.
Operational Audits & Process Improvement
- Conduct regular audits of client load, project distribution, and team efficiency.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions for workflow improvements.
- Develop and document operational frameworks, SOPs, and efficiency models.
Strategic Research & Expansion
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in Jordan, KSA, and the wider MENA region.
- Support management in building business cases for new services, verticals, or markets.
- Provide scenario planning and financial modeling for strategic initiatives.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with department heads (Performance, Creative, Client Servicing, HR) to ensure data-driven decision making.
- Prepare executive reports and presentations for leadership and external stakeholders.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or related field.
- 1-3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, operations, or strategy roles (preferably in marketing, consulting, or tech industries).
- Strong command of reporting & BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, Excel advanced modeling).
- Experience in process mapping, KPI measurement, and operational audits.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and communicate insights clearly.
