We are representing a leading regional consulting and advisory firm in their search for a Assistant Manager – Corporate Finance based in Amman, Jordan
Position Overview:
The Assistant Manager – Corporate Finance will support the development and execution of the organization’s financial strategies, including capital structuring, investment analysis, financial modeling, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), due diligence, and stakeholder reporting. The role requires strong analytical, financial, and communication skills to assist in optimizing the company’s financial performance and strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and business plans.
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis for strategic decision-making.
- Analyze key financial metrics, trends, and variances to support management decisions.
- Assist in evaluating investment opportunities, partnerships, and new business ventures.
- Participate in fundraising activities including debt and equity financing.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and potential investors.
- Contribute to capital structure management and optimization strategies.
- Support due diligence and valuation activities for potential acquisitions or divestitures.
- Prepare detailed financial models and deal analysis reports.
- Monitor company cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
- Support relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Ensure compliance with corporate finance policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Prepare management reports, board materials, and financial dashboards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready financial records.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA) is an advantage.
- 4–6 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, financial planning, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software/tools (e.g., Bloomberg, PowerBI).
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English and Arabic (preferred).
