Your Tasks
Your Tasks Will Include Administrative Tasks In Connection With Data Processing, Clerk Keeping, And Other Office-related Paperwork, As Per The Below
- Processing of data and client’s data;
- Inserting data in our in-house system;
- Receiving the incoming mail;
- Managing the incoming mail;
- Managing the outgoing mail;
- Taking incoming phone calls and forwarding the calls to the relevant people;
- Maintain contact lists;
- Manage and maintain in-house database;
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports;
- Order office supplies;
- Book travel arrangements;
- Provide general support to visitors;
- Scanning files and documents and save them on our archiving system, and
- Answering to managers’ requests and performing duties assigned to from managers;
Required Skills
- A subject-related educational qualification;
- Good/Excellent command of spoken and written English language;
- Basic communication skills to communicate with various bodies;
- Knowledge of modern information technology and online services;
- Ability to use the available technological resource (e.g. internet, computers, softwares, printers, fax machines, scanners… etc) to extract and manage information;
- Excellent usage of a computer and its operating system (i.e. Microsoft Windows) along with other office applications (e.g. Microsoft Office);
- Good organisational and planning skills;
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills;
- Proven admin or assistant experience;
- Ability to coordinate with various entities at the same time, and
- Be a good team player, honest, and willing to be cooperative with fellow colleagues.
