We are seeking a Manager – Corporate Finance to join our growing team in Amman, Jordan. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading transaction execution, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members across a range of advisory mandates.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, capital raises, and IPO advisory mandates from origination through to completion.
- Manage and review financial models, valuations, and due diligence processes, ensuring analytical rigor and strategic insight.
- Supervise the preparation of marketing materials, information memoranda, pitch books, and client presentations to support deal execution and business development.
- Provide critical input into client strategy, assessing opportunities for value creation, restructuring, and portfolio optimization.
- Conduct and oversee market, industry, and company research to support transaction hypotheses and valuation assumptions.
- Liaise directly with clients, investors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to facilitate efficient and professional execution of transactions.
- Develop strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal preparation and pricing.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Collaborate closely with senior management and partners to grow the firm’s presence and capabilities in Jordan and across the wider region.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
- Professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, ACA, or ACCA are preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction advisory.
- Proven experience in financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and deal execution.
- Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English and Arabic (preferred).
- Demonstrated analytical acumen, commercial judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
