Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
· Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word and Excel.
· Manage the invoicing process, including data entry, processing, and tracking progress.
· Handle general office duties such as answering phones, filing, and data management.
· Communicate effectively with team members and clients via email and phone.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
· Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Word and Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
· Hands-on experience with an invoicing system (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or other similar software).
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
