Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cost Controller - Food and Beverage at Marasi Food & Beverage Services LLC, located in Amman, Jordan. The Cost Controller will be responsible for monitoring the financial performance of the food and beverage operations, overseeing cost control procedures, preparing cost reports, and analyzing financial data to ensure optimal financial management. The role includes managing inventory, evaluating cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring accurate financial records. The Cost Controller will work closely with the finance and operations teams to support cost-effective decision-making and maintain profitability.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management
- Strong knowledge of Cost Accounting and Finance
- Analytical skills for evaluating financial data and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
