Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing traditional and general marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales growth. The role requires comprehensive expertise in market research, branding, campaign management, offline marketing channels, partnerships, and events.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across traditional channels (print, events, trade shows, outdoor, PR, etc.).
- Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional items.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, agencies, and industry partners.
- Coordinate events, exhibitions, sponsorship, and other offline marketing activities.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and market impact.
- Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
- Support internal communications and brand consistency across all materials and touch points.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar role with strong expertise in traditional and general marketing.
- Experience in B2B marketing, SaaS/PaaS solutions, IT services, or technology-driven industries is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of branding, offline campaigns, media relations, and event management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
