Job Summary:
A Guest Service Agent is responsible for ensuring a positive and seamless experience for guests from arrival until departure. They act as the main point of contact for guests and provide exceptional customer service.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
· Assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
· Handling reservations, cancellations, and modifications to bookings.
· The main role is to receive the customers' feedback and make sure of their satisfaction.
· The flexibility to work in three different areas: SPA receptionist, Call center, and Restaurants.
· Providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
· Addressing and resolving guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
· Maintaining accurate guest records and managing payments.
· Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
· Ensuring the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
· Upholding the hotel's standards and policies to deliver high-quality service.
· Supporting other front office team members as needed
Candidate Specifications:
· Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field.
· Competent in understanding and communicating in English
· Flexibility and availability to work in 3 different shifts (A, Mid, and B Shift)
· Detailed knowledge of the fire, safety, and evacuation procedures of the hotel, and full awareness of the emergency equipment on the telephone switchboard.
· Has the skills of communication, Problem-Solving, Sales, and familiarity with hotel management software, and reservation systems such as Sky Horizon.
· Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations is preferred.
· Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with composure.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Professional appearance and demeanor.
