Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating memorable first impressions?
We are looking for a Guest Service Agent to join our team and serve as a key point of contact for our guests across multiple service areas within the hotel.
Work Areas
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting guests in the following locations:
Call Center
SPA Reception
Restaurant Reception
Shift Schedule
Candidates must be flexible to work rotating shifts:
✅ Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
✅ Mid Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
✅ Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests professionally and courteously.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback.
Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
Provide information about hotel facilities and services.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate records and reports.
Support operational requirements across the assigned service areas.
Candidate Requirements
✔ Excellent command of English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
✔ Good computer skills and confidence in using Microsoft Office and hotel systems.
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills.
✔ Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
✔ Professional appearance and positive attitude.
✔ Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, front office, or call center operations is an advantage.
✔ Knowledge of additional languages is considered a strong advantage.
