Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a SaaS Customer Success Manager, located in Amman. The primary responsibilities include managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, utilization, retention, upselling, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves working closely with the customers throughout the onboarding process, design and dispatch of various employee surveys, launch of diagnostics and pulse surveys, and working jointly alongside the client to analyze the data and translate it into action plans. of vanalyzing customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to optimize the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Support, Success Management, and Customer Retention and Upselling skills
- Analytical Skills for assessing customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement
- Relationship Building and Customer Service skills for managing and nurturing client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in a customer success or similar role
- Experience in the SaaS industry is a key plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Master's degree is a big advantage
