About the Job
The Data Retargeting Supervisor will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that leverage customer data to enhance targeting, personalization, and campaign efficiency. The role focuses on integrating data from multiple sources, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, and building customer-centric retargeting frameworks that maximize engagement and revenue.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Implement frameworks for collecting, managing, and activating customer data across CRM, website, mobile app, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a unified customer profile by integrating data from multiple sources.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Define and manage audience segments for marketing campaigns based on customer behavior, demographics, and transactional history.
- Continuously refine audience segments using campaign performance insights and customer lifecycle stages.
- Design and implement journey-based retargeting strategies, including abandoned cart recovery, fare search drop-offs, ancillary upselling, and loyalty engagement.
- Collaborate with paid media, email, and digital marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign activation.
- Monitor audience-level campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.
- Work closely with Analytics & Tagging teams to ensure accurate attribution and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with IT and data engineering teams to improve system integrations and enhance data-driven marketing capabilities.
Knowledge & Skills Required
- Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs), CRM systems, and digital marketing ecosystems.
- Excellent knowledge of audience segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
- Familiarity with GDPR and data protection standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and audience data.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data-driven marketing, CRM, or digital retargeting roles.
