Key Accountabilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with overall business goals, ensuring strategies are data-driven and focused on maximizing ROI.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and inform marketing strategies.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and improve results.
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Lead customer retention programs aimed at increasing customer loyalty, reducing churn, and enhancing customer lifetime value.
- Identify and evaluate emerging marketing technologies and trends, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Create and deliver training programs to enhance the marketing capabilities of cross-functional teams.
- Apply strong analytical skills to interpret data and transform it into actionable marketing strategies.
- Employ effective project management methodologies to ensure the timely and successful completion of marketing initiatives.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the marketing team, encouraging experimentation and learning.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecom Engineering, Industrial engineering, computer engineering.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a marketing field.
- Proven project management experience (PMP certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
- Knowledge of the telecom industry and the Broadband business in particular is a Plus.
- High analytical skills & Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is a must.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical modeling, with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex problems, with a strategic mindset and results-oriented approach.
- Strong business and commercial acumen, with the ability to understand market dynamics and make informed decisions.
- Solid grasp of market research methodologies and techniques.
- Exceptional listening skills and the ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading collaborative projects.-
