Scope of the Position:
This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Senior Accountant, EMEA. It is a hands-on role that provides critical support to the EMEA business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing project-related invoicing
- Overseeing collections and payment follow-ups
- Performing reconciliations with bank statements
- Preparing and processing Jordan-related purchase orders and supplier payments
- Liaising with managerial staff and cross-functional teams across regions
Education & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Previous experience in a multinational company is an advantage
- Knowledge of multi-currency accounting and international reporting
- Familiarity with Microsoft AX Dynamics is desirable (not essential)
Technical Skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Ability to work to agreed deadlines and manage priorities effectively
Soft Skills
- Strong integrity, reliability, and discretion
- Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate across teams in the USA, KSA, and UK
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic
