Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Director located in Amman, Jordan. The Financial Director will manage all financial aspects of the company, including overseeing financial planning and analysis, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accurate financial and tax reporting. They will be responsible for developing financial strategies to support the company’s goals and objectives, managing budgeting processes, and providing strong analytical insights to guide decision-making. The role also includes overseeing the payroll and HR functions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Financial Planning and Finance
- Proficient in preparing Financial Statements, Financial Reporting and Tax Reporting
- Excellent Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years Experience in the F&B industry
- Proficiency in ERP systems including Quickbooks
- Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are advantageous
