Tamatem's LiveOps & Community Intern
As a LiveOps & Community Intern at Tamatem, you will support daily tasks related to live events and player community activities across our games. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the mobile gaming industry, assist in community engagement, and learn how live operations are run in real-time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and tracking in-game events and basic promotional activities
- Help communicate with players through Discord, social media, and support channels
- Support the team in monitoring and collecting feedback from players
- Assist in updating community content such as FAQs, announcements, and guides
- Help gather data and organize simple reports on community engagement and player sentiment
- Work with team members to support day-to-day tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Currently studying or recently graduated in any relevant field (e.g. Communication, Marketing, Game Design)
- Basic understanding of mobile games and interest in gaming communities
- Comfortable communicating in both Arabic and English
- Willing to learn, organized, and proactive
- Familiarity with Discord, social platforms, or online communities is a plus
