Description:
We are seeking a data-driven and digitally fluent Social Media Specialist to play a key role in our global marketing team. This position focuses on managing and optimizing organic and paid social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, user engagement, and qualified lead generation in a performance-focused environment. The ideal candidate blends creative thinking with analytical expertise and understands how to activate audiences across platforms using a digital-first approach.
Main tasks and responsibilities
1. Paid Social Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Snapchat, and others.
- Set up campaigns with clear objectives (lead generation, conversions, app installs, video views, etc.) using appropriate targeting strategies.
- Manage ad budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure optimal performance and efficient spend.
2. Creative & Ad Optimization
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad content tailored for each platform and audience segment.
- Continuously A/B test creatives, headlines, CTAs, and ad formats to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitor ad fatigue and refresh creatives proactively to maintain performance.
3. Audience Targeting & Retargeting
- Build and refine audience segments using behavioral, demographic, and interest-based data.
- Implement advanced retargeting strategies and lookalike audience building to improve reach and conversion.
4. Performance Tracking & Attribution
- Set up tracking parameters (UTMs, pixels, events) to accurately measure campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and retention to evaluate success and areas for improvement.
- Work with attribution tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, GA4, AppsFlyer) for accurate reporting.
5. Reporting & Insights
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports highlighting key trends, insights, and recommendations.
- Provide actionable data-driven insights to improve future campaigns and align with broader marketing goals.
6. Platform & Trend Monitoring
- Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices across all social platforms.
- Identify emerging platforms and opportunities to test new ad formats or strategies.
7. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with content, automation, product, and CRM teams to ensure alignment across the full user journey.
- Support integrated campaigns with paid social components to amplify reach and conversions.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Proven track record as a social media or Digital Marketing Specialist in the financial services / Forex industry
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, and social ad buying
- Proficient in GA4, Meta Business Suite, Emplifi, and social media analytics tools
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills
- Creative mindset with a strong grasp of platform algorithms and audience behavior
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing performance-focused social media campaign
- Experience driving lead generation and supporting customer acquisition via paid/organic social
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate metrics into meaningful actions
- Familiarity with compliance in financial advertising, particularly in the MENA and global regions
- Knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting, and UTM-based tracking
