We’re looking for a part-time Head of Development Operations to lead our engineering team and take full ownership of infrastructure, deployment, and execution. This is a foundational leadership role — one that shapes how the entire product is built, shipped, and scaled.
🎯 Your Role:
• Lead and manage all development operations
• Build scalable, secure, high-performance systems
• Oversee the full engineering lifecycle from dev to production
• Collaborate directly with the founder and executive team
• Optimize workflows, systems, and team performance
💡 You should be:
• A strong technical leader with experience managing dev teams
• Skilled in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, architecture, and DevOps
• Comfortable building systems from scratch and scaling fast
• Passionate about startups, innovation, and doing things differently
🌍 Remote-first for now — HQ opening soon in Jordan and Dubai
