Senior Performance Marketing Executive.to join our high-impact
Growth Marketing team. This role will support the execution of performance marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Video channels. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to bring digital strategies to life, track campaign performance, manage tools and dashboards, and contribute to driving measurable growth for Careem’s business verticals.

- Campaign Execution & Support
- Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing digital campaigns across Paid Search, Social, Display Programmatic, and Video.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather campaign requirements and creative assets.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor campaign metrics and performance through dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Insights etc)
- Support the Marketing Manager with daily, weekly and monthly reports on campaign effectiveness, spend, and ROI.
- Tools & Platforms
- Hands-on experience running across multiple platforms like Google, Meta, Tiktok, Snapchat, Apple etc.
- Measurement platforms like Google Analytics, MMPs, Firebase etc.
- Data-Driven Optimization
- Assist in A/B testing and experimentation across platforms to improve CTR, CVR, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams on budget pacing, bid strategies, and automation support.
- Process Support
- Assist in preparing campaign briefs and internal documentation.
- Support in automating routine reporting tasks and QA processes.
What You'll Need
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing
- Familiarity with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and marketing analytics tools.
- Understanding of performance metrics like CPC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- Comfort working with large datasets and an eagerness to learn tools like Looker, Excel, and SQL.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with high attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Where You'll Be
Although Careem supports remote-first work, this role may require periodic in-office collaboration for key planning meetings, workshops, or campaign kickoffs. You’ll work from the country in which you are hired and are expected to comply with all Careem’s workplace policies.
