About The Role
We’re looking for an Infrastructure & Deployment Engineer to manage the deployment and maintenance of our AI-powered solutions on client infrastructure. You’ll be the technical bridge between Labiba and our clients, ensuring reliable performance and smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients to define infrastructure needs and recommend suitable deployment setups.
- Validate server readiness (network, ports, access, etc.) prior to installation.
- Deploy and configure solution components: applications, SQL Server, MongoDB, storage, and services.
- Perform updates, patches, and version rollouts.
- Provide infrastructure support and perform necessary maintenance.
- Monitor server health (SSL, backups, load) and ensure smooth ongoing operations.
- Travel regionally when required for setup, troubleshooting, or support.
Requirements
- Solid experience with Windows Server, networking, SQL Server, and system configuration.
- Experience in deploying enterprise software in on-prem and cloud environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Familiarity with SSL, backups, security, and performance monitoring.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Willingness to travel within the region when required.
Bonus Points For
- Azure experience or hybrid cloud deployments.
- Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash) for automation and diagnostics.
