Role Summary:
The Data Specialist will support business intelligence efforts by analyzing, compiling, and validating complex healthcare data. This information will be key in shaping executive decision-making and strategic planning across the Organization.
Location: Doha, Qatar
Experience: Minimum 6 years in data management (with at least 3 years in a healthcare environment)
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and interpret complex healthcare data using advanced analytical techniques
• Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and data models for stakeholders
• Conduct data audits to ensure integrity and resolve inconsistencies
• Collaborate across internal and external teams for data workflow optimization
• Develop SOPs, flowcharts, and documentation for data processes
• Engage stakeholders through impactful data visualizations and presentations
• Assist in defining data requirements within healthcare IT systems
• Monitor trends in hospital activity to inform reporting and strategy
Education Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Information Technology (IT), or Engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in healthcare data systems and business intelligence tools
• Candidates with GRP (Global Remuneration Professional) certification are highly preferred
• Strong background in compensation analytics is an added advantage
