Extime JCDecaux Airport, subsidiary of JCDecaux and Groupe ADP, has signed a contract with AIG to exploit and market the advertising at Queen Alia International Airport in Amman, Jordan, from 1 August 2025 onwards.
Leveraging the global expertise of JCDecaux, Extime JCDecaux Airport will develop a new advertising offer, built on innovative technologies and sustainable development strategy, enhancing both brand engagement and passenger journey at Queen Alia International.
To join us on this adventure, we are seeking a dynamic Client Servicing Coordinator who will be a key player in the success of our advertising activities in Queen Alia International Airport in Jordan.
Primary Objectives
The core responsibility for the Client Servicing Coordinator is to manage coordination on key activities of the sales department such as Digital scheduling & monitoring, Podium installation process & organizing and managing the tasks related to Airport Passes (application, collection, reports, payments)
Major Accountabilities:
Sales Back Office
• Assists Subsidiary Director and the Head of Sales in organizing customer appointments (making appointments, preparing documents, etc.).
• Handling calls from customers and media agencies
Digital Scheduling & Monitoring
• Assist Client Servicing Team in digital scheduling by coordinating for artworks, accurate scheduling & following up with proof of posting
• Timely follow ups on monitoring the entire scheduling process & matching it with the actual posting
• Producing reports related to the digital campaign whenever required
Podium Installation
• Responsible for coordination of Airport Podiums installation process with internal & external stakeholders
Access Passes
• Take ownership of the full process of Airport Access Passes including application, collection, delivery, renewal, cancelation & monitoring for internal & external pass requirements
• Prepare report for finance related to all payments made for passes
• Submit weekly report to the management on the status of the passes (Pass monitoring report)
Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree recommended
• Basic Arabic knowledge to read and write. English is a plus.
• Good organizination skills & detail-oriented - focused on delivering result to avoid delays
• Good communication skills & Team player
• Able to work under pressure and deal with multiple departments
• Knowledge of MS Office
