Work Location:
A well-known company in KSA is searching for an FP&A professional to join their finance team.
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support organizational strategic goals
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing financial performance, trends, and forecasts
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data to aid in decision-making and resource allocation
- Monitor financial KPIs and prepare variance reports to assess performance against budget
- Support long-term financial planning and capital expenditure evaluations
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial models and analytical tools
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or a similar finance role
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and conducting variance analysis
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems is highly preferred
- Professional certification (CMA, CFA, CPA) is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English is required
