Role Description
The Product Delivery Manager at Omnify will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of client projects and product rollouts. The role bridges product, technology, partnerships, and commercial teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of embedded finance solutions for our clients.
This individual will act as the delivery lead for new and existing clients, coordinating across cross-functional teams to align product timelines with commercial commitments and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the delivery lifecycle of Omnify’s products and services across client implementations and internal product rollouts.
- Work closely with product managers, solution architects, and tech leads to translate product requirements into executable delivery plans.
- Serve as the key point of contact for delivery coordination across sales, partnerships, operations, and compliance teams.
- Align delivery timelines with client expectations, managing risks, dependencies, and escalations.
- Track and report delivery KPIs, timelines, and milestones using appropriate project management tools.
- Facilitate cross-team alignment through regular stand-ups, planning sessions, and delivery retrospectives.
- Ensure readiness for go-live, coordinating with QA, integration, and support teams for smooth transitions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes, documentation, and client onboarding workflows.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product delivery, project management, or implementation roles within SaaS, fintech, or BaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or Scrumban).
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and parallel project tracks.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, tech, sales, and operations.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Confluence, or similar).
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in fintech or embedded finance solutions.
- Background in technical delivery or implementation consulting.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
- Prior experience delivering in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
