We are currently looking to hire a highly driven and experienced
Business-Line Manager to lead the commercial growth and strategic development of educational classes our education-focused business line. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
business development, a proven track record in
B2C environments, and preferably experience within the
education sector.
- Own and lead the business strategy and commercial performance for Classess
- Develop and implement plans to grow market share, revenue, and profitability
- Identify and build strategic partnerships in the education and tech ecosystem
- Analyze market trends and user behavior to adapt the business model accordingly
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to align business priorities
- Define and monitor KPIs and regularly report on business performance
- Oversee pricing, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies
- Ensure an excellent B2C user experience in line with industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in business development, commercial strategy, or related roles
- Solid experience in B2C business models, preferably in the education or technology sector
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
