Position: AI Program Developer – Healthcare Sector

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Program Developer to join our team in Amman, Jordan, with a specialized focus on artificial intelligence applications in the healthcare industry. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced professional passionate about developing impactful, intelligent systems that improve patient outcomes, optimize healthcare processes, and contribute to digital transformation in the medical field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-based applications and tools specifically tailored for the healthcare sector.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, data scientists, and product teams to understand clinical workflows and identify opportunities for AI integration.
• Apply machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and predictive analytics to solve real-world healthcare challenges.
• Ensure data privacy and security standards are met per healthcare regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Continuously optimize existing AI models and systems for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Contribute to R&D efforts by evaluating new technologies and proposing innovative AI solutions for healthcare delivery and management.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing AI programs in the healthcare domain is required.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and relevant tools.
• Experience working with healthcare datasets (e.g., EHRs, medical imaging, wearable data).
• Solid understanding of healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
