Job Brief:
Responsible for retaining and growing VIP client relationships, driving revenue growth, minimizing churn, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the shop's image and ensure compliance with branding standards, providing a smooth customer experience and a high level of customer satisfaction
- Track and control shop stock levels to ensure availability
- Increase the residential retention base (lines and revenue) through various communication channels, such as phone calls
- Achieve sales targets through various communication channels, including phone calls
- Assist internal stakeholders with customer requests and issue escalations, ensuring timely responses and effective solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling services to VIP customers
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize churn and maximize client retention
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing personalized support, promptly resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations
- Provide regular reports and insights on VIP client performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Monitor the contract archiving process to ensure compliance with governmental regulations and conditions
- Perform accurate daily cash reconciliation and ensure proper cash deposits
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
Level of Experience:
Basic Knowledge (0-2Yrs) in a related

- Good command of English language both speaking and writing
