About the Job
We are hiring a Flight Operations Officer to support daily flight operations and ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of flights.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist Flight Dispatchers in preparing and filing operational and ATC flight plans.
- Review weather, NOTAMs, airport conditions, and operational restrictions.
- Coordinate landing and overflight permits, slots, PPRs, and ground handling.
- Monitor flights and provide operational support to flight crews.
- Coordinate fuel, handling, catering, and other flight requirements.
- Manage operational changes, delays, diversions, and disruptions.
- Coordinate with crews, ATC, airports, authorities, and service providers.
- Maintain flight documentation, records, and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable aviation regulations.
- Report operational irregularities, safety concerns, and significant events.
- Ensure prompt and efficient response to charter requests and maintain a high level of client service.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Aviation, Flight Operations, or a related field.
- Previous experience in flight operations or dispatch is preferred.
- Good knowledge of flight planning, NOTAMs, weather, and aviation operations.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Sharp, organized, and able to make decisions under pressure.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts and respond to operational requirements.
