🚨 WE ARE HIRING | FACTORY MANAGER – PALCO JORDAN
PALCO Group is seeking an experienced and qualified Factory Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our new food manufacturing facility in Jordan.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, results-oriented leader who can build a strong manufacturing operation from the startup stage and lead the factory toward high standards of quality, efficiency, productivity, and sustainable growth.
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and oversee all daily factory and production operations.
• Develop and implement effective production plans to achieve targets efficiently.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with food safety standards and requirements.
• Manage production lines, machinery, preventive maintenance programs, and overall technical performance.
• Monitor production costs, waste, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Lead, manage, and develop factory teams, supervisors, operators, and technical staff.
• Coordinate effectively with Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, HR, Finance, and Management.
• Establish and implement SOPs, KPIs, reporting systems, and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Participate in the commissioning, installation, and startup of new production lines.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize production capacity and operational efficiency.
🔹 REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in factory or manufacturing management.
• Strong technical understanding of production machinery, equipment, and maintenance.
• Experience in the food, snacks, FMCG, or similar manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
• Good command of the English language.
• Ability to build, establish, and manage factory operations from the startup stage is a strong advantage.
