Sudace is looking for a Senior Account Manager for the following needs:
Responsibilities:
- Drive innovation, experience, and creative excellence within the team to train and improve their skills.
- Deeply understand client’s business to develop strategic communications & innovation plans
- Hiring along with HR team full-time, part-time, or freelance team members to ensure adequate resources for project execution.
- Motivate account members, positive environment, and growth opportunity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, maintaining strong relationships.
- Develop and implement communication campaigns for clients, coordinating with the team to ensure successful execution.
- Oversee, assess, and track the monthly reports and KPIs in collaboration with the team, ensuring alignment with client projects.
- Collaborate with the business development team to create compelling proposals and pitch presentations.
- Assist in planning and supporting the Business Development department's growth strategy and improvements of Sudace.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure creativity, strategic, and innovative marketing campaigns.
- Guide and provide strategic directions for the development of content, campaigns, and communication strategies.
- Manage day-to-day (daily catch up) operations of the Jordan office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency of the internal process.
- Implement processes that enhance team productivity and project delivery.
- Oversea the financials management accounts and upselling.
- Regular updates with the business director of daily operations along with monthly report.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in account management, preferably in an agency.
- Proven experience managing major accounts and campaigns.
- Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with a proactive, client-first approach.
