Role Description
We're looking for a talented, driven, and creative Brand Manager to join our team and lead the charge in shaping and scaling our brand. This is more than a marketing job — it's an opportunity to take ownership, make bold moves, and craft a brand that stands out in a crowded world.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute end-to-end brand strategies that drive growth, awareness, and engagement.
- Define and evolve our brand voice, values, and positioning in the market.
2. Campaign Leadership
- Conceptualize and lead high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, social, events).
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and product teams to bring campaigns to life.
3. Performance-Driven Marketing
- Set KPIs, analyse campaign performance, and optimize strategies for better results.
- Stay ahead of trends, consumer insights, and competitors.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align with sales, product, and executive teams to ensure brand consistency and impact across all touchpoints.
- Be the brand guardian internally and externally.
5. Creative Direction
- Oversee brand visuals, tone, and messaging across all platforms.
- Partner with designers and content creators to deliver captivating experiences.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or a related role
- Proven success in developing and scaling brand strategies across multiple channels (digital, social, events, etc.)
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends, and brand positioning
- Experience managing or collaborating with creative teams (designers, copywriters, content creators)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong storyteller and brand ambassador
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable analyzing data to inform strategy and optimize performance
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus)
