Sun Tours, a leading provider of tailor-made travel solutions, is seeking a dedicated Holidays Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented and highly organized, with a passion for travel and a strong understanding of the travel and tourism industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with booking holidays, flights, tours, and other travel services.
- Provide detailed information on destinations, packages, pricing, and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Process reservations and payments, and issue invoices as necessary.
- Resolve customer issues or concerns efficiently before, during, and after the trip.
- Ensure high-quality service by promptly addressing customer requests.
- Stay updated on the latest travel products, industry trends, and promotions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Holidays Agent or in a similar travel-related role.
· Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
· Proficiency in cruise bookings and knowledge of cruise lines, itineraries, and packages is highly preferred.
· Knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) is a must.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills with a client-first approach.
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
· High school diploma required; additional certification in travel or tourism is a plus.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
