Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Manager located in Amman. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, handling budgeting, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The role also involves coordinating with medical professionals, organizing training sessions, and ensuring the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the clinic’s operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience with Budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of Medicine and healthcare practices
- Ability to Conduct Staff Training and development programs
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in using healthcare management software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field
