Client Communication & Front Desk Duties
- Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage online inquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments.
- Provide information about clinic services, policies, and pet care instructions.
Administrative Tasks
- Check clients in and out for appointments.
- Maintain accurate client and patient records using veterinary software.
- Handle filing, data entry, and other clerical duties.
- Process payments and manage billing, including cash, credit, and insurance claims.
Customer Service & Support
- Handle client questions, complaints, and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Communicate effectively with veterinarians and veterinary technicians to relay client information.
- Follow up with clients regarding test results, appointments, and reminders.
Clinic Organization
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Assist with inventory and receiving deliveries.
Language
Clear, concise, and formal both English and Arabic language.
