Position: Human Resources ManagerWe are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department and help shape a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Human Resources field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Solid knowledge of labor law and social security regulations in Jordan
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work on-site in Irbid

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage the full recruitment process: job analysis, interviews, onboarding
- Maintain employee records (contracts, attendance, performance, disciplinary actions)
- Plan and deliver employee training and development programs
- Coordinate performance evaluation processes
- Oversee monthly payroll calculations, bonuses, and deductions
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Handle internal investigations, complaints, and employee relations
- Prepare regular HR reports for senior management
- Manage offboarding processes and final settlements
