Position Overview:
As a Supply Chain procurement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain and procurement functions across the group’s manufacturing sites. This includes ensuring cost effective, on-time, and quality-assured sourcing of raw materials, packaging and services essential to the operation process. An important part of this role is developing strong supplier partnerships, optimizing inventory levels, enhancing logistics performance and ensuring compliance with procurement standards and regulations. You will also evaluate historical purchasing data to assess vendor performance and compliance with quality requirements. This role works closely with the quality, R&D, and finance teams to align sourcing strategies with both operational needs and commercial objectives, supporting efficiency, sustainability, and supply chain risk mitigation across the group.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal teams to assess current inventory levels and forecast material demand.
- Communicate regularly with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Analyze market trends, pricing shifts and supplier performance to identify procurement risks and opportunities.
- Resolve supply chain disruptions and procurement-related issues to minimize impact on production.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, pricing, supplier agreements and other relevant data.
- Lead procurement review meetings with key stakeholders to align on current and upcoming sourcing needs.
- Coordinate with finance and suppliers to ensure adherence to agreed payment terms and contract conditions.
- Collaborate with production and planning teams to align procurement activities with forecasts, production schedules, and project timelines.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on cost, quality, and delivery metrics and negotiate favorable long-term partnerships.
- Monitor the efficiency of procurement and supply chain processes and propose data-driven improvements.
- Generate regular reports on procurement activities, spending and supplier KPI’s.
- Conduct strategic reviews of sourcing polices and supply chain strategies, making recommendations for optimization.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives for improving end-to-end supply chain efficiency.
- Stay informed about industry regulations , supply chain development, and market dynamics affecting sourcing and logistics.
- Develop and maintain a centralized procurement database, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers for cost-effectiveness, reliability, and quality; lead negotiations to secure optimal pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.Top of Form

Qualifications:
Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field, a bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred.
Languages:
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
Years of experience:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience.
