Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Secretary and Receptionist, located in Amman. The Secretary and Receptionist will be responsible for managing phone calls, greeting visitors, and performing clerical duties. Daily tasks include answering and directing phone calls, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors. This role also involves maintaining a professional reception area and ensuring smooth daily office operations.
