Job summary:
An automotive company located in Kuwait is seeking a service advisor. The Service Advisor acts as the liaison between customers and the service department. This role involves receiving customers, understanding their vehicle concerns, recommending necessary services or repairs, providing cost estimates, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Listen to and understand customer concerns regarding their vehicles.
- Prepare accurate job orders and service estimates.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and timely repair of vehicles.
- Clearly explain recommended services and repairs to customers.
- Maintain regular communication with customers on repair progress and completion timelines.
- Ensure vehicles are delivered on time and in excellent condition.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Promote additional services and maintenance packages as needed.
- Maintain updated knowledge of vehicle systems, warranties, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate for invoicing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree
- 2-4 years of Automotive industry experience

Must have technical background (education in Automotive, Mechanical etc)
