Responsibilities:
- Analyze system requirements and translate stakeholder needs into well-defined user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, and documentation aligned with product goals.
- Collaborate with design teams to create user-friendly flows and layouts, especially for content-heavy experiences like sports navigation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features from concept to release, while supporting testing efforts through test case validation and user acceptance.
- Evaluate user behavior and product performance through analytics, A/B testing, and KPI tracking to inform product decisions.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders, while ensuring data quality and the effectiveness of tracking tools.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field, with strong knowledge of the product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Skilled in writing BRDs, SRS documents, and user stories, with the ability to create mockups and communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data and use tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Excel for product and documentation tasks.
- Preferred experience includes working on sports streaming or digital platforms, with familiarity in user flows such as live-to-VOD, highlights, stats overlays, and interactive match features.
- Knowledge of sports UX standards and tools like OPTA or other metadata providers, with awareness of industry benchmarks from platforms like DAZN, beIN, and Prime Video Sports.
