CsMena is looking for a skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on real-world AI/ML projects involving state-of-the-art technologies like NLP, LLMs, and ASR.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
- Expertise in at least one of the following:
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR)
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Text-to-Speech (TTS)
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with Flask or FastAPI
- Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Proficiency with version control tools such as Git and GitHub
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional team
- Experience with MLOps tools and deploying models in production is a plus
- Curiosity and eagerness to stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies
