Title: Sales Representative (Temporary Position)
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative for a temporary position. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals early in their careers to gain hands-on retail experience while contributing to a dynamic team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, maximizing sales, and maintaining the visual and operational excellence of our space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with shopping inquiries and deliver a high-standard client experience
- Proactively contribute to increasing sales and average purchase basket
- Maintain and manage any designated Animation Spaces, including product presentation and stock levels.
- Monitor and report Out Of Stock/Low Stock items including testers, products, and promotional materials/accessories
- Work closely with your team to create a positive, goal-driven work environment
- Provide a weekly report to the Team Leader
- Follow the work schedule and show up on time consistently.
- Ensure a clean, tidy, and presentable counter at all times
- Prepare the shop space at the beginning of each shift and perform deep cleaning at the end
Ideal Candidate
- 0–3 years of experience in retail or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Client-focused and sales-driven with a business mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and a committed team player
Schedule: Temporary contract – shifts may include weekends and evenings.
