Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Zoho Application Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain applications within the Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of Zoho One suite modules, Zoho Creator, and Deluge scripting. They will collaborate with business teams to automate workflows, integrate third-party applications, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Customize and configure Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, Zoho People, and other Zoho One apps to meet business needs.
- Create automated workflows, blueprints, and schedules to streamline business processes.
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools via APIs, webhooks, or custom connectors.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, custom reports, and data analytics tools within Zoho.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for deployed solutions.
- Design and develop custom applications using Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting language.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Document application structures, customizations, and changes for future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Zoho application development.
- Proficiency in Deluge (Zoho’s scripting language).
- Strong understanding of Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and other Zoho One applications.
- Familiarity with basic database concepts and relational data structures.
- Prior experience with ERP/CRM systems customization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
