Job Summary:We're seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue through client acquisition and relationship management, with a laser focus on our monthly subscription-based Outsourcing.
Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify new leads through outbound efforts and strategic networking.
- Conduct market research to target the right industries and decision-makers.
- Present and promote our answering services to prospective clients in a compelling way.
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to launch campaigns that support business goals.
- Track sales activities using CRM tools and report performance metrics to leadership.
- Develop proposals and close subscription-based contracts effectively.
- Must be comfortable speaking in front of the camera to create content.
Qualifications:- Fluent in Arabic and English, C1 Level or Higher.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in outsourcing or B2B services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Must be able to work night shifts (5 PM – 1 AM) from the office in Amman.
