About the role:
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment: You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, ensuring a seamless candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop Strategic Hiring Plans: Partnering closely with business leaders, you will develop strategic hiring solutions that align with immediate and long-term workforce needs.
- Innovative Talent Sourcing: Implement cutting-edge recruitment strategies, leveraging data analytics, social media, and recruitment technologies to engage the best talent.
- Optimize Recruitment Processes: Provide insights and recommendations to refine and enhance our recruitment processes, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Enhance Employer Brand: You’ll assist in employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns, job fairs, and external partnerships, to position our company as an employer of choice.
- Deliver a Seamless Onboarding Experience: Facilitate new employee orientations and ensure smooth integration into the company culture, driving retention from day one.
- Drive Results and KPIs: Focus on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience, ensuring that hiring goals are consistently met.
What is required of you:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in in-house talent acquisition or recruitment agency.
- You'll have a strong advantage if you have experience in mass hiring for telesales and customer service positions.
- Proficient in English and native speakers of Arabic.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
