Rise to the Challenge
The Brand Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns, developing social media content and supporting events deployment and brand collaborations. This role plays a key part in increasing brand awareness, strengthening consumer engagement and driving business growth through creative and strategic marketing initiatives
ACCOUNTABILITY 1 * Support in planning, executing and monitoring brand marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels in line with the B2C calendar to ensure timely delivery and effectiveness
ACCOUNTABILITY 2 * Develop, publish and manage social media content calendars ensuring brand consistency and engagement
ACCOUNTABILITY 3 * Assist in planning and executing brand engagements with consumers at sponsored events/ LAMPS to build strong brand relationships and meaningful consumer experiences
ACCOUNTABILITY 4 * Identify, coordinate and manage partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders and with new brand collaborators to enhance brand campaigns and amplify brand reach
ACCOUNTABILITY 5 Monitor key marketing metrics, analyze campaigns and event performance through engagements and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization
ACCOUNTABILITY 6 Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to develop assets
ACCOUNTABILITY 7 Assist in developing, managing, and optimizing the marketing budget ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in brand marketing.
- Proven track record in supporting successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
- Excellent project management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset with a focus on driving measurable impact.
