Job Purpose
As a Product Marketing Manager at Tarjama&, you will take the lead in positioning and launching Tarjama's AI-driven products. You will craft and execute go-to-market strategies, define product messaging and pricing, build compelling sales and marketing assets, and ensure each product reaches the right audience with maximum impact. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, Commercial, and leadership to drive growth and adoption of Tarjama's tech-powered solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
Go-to-Market & Launch Strategy
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
- Define launch plans, timelines, and channel strategies in collaboration with product and commercial teams.
- Manage the end-to-end product launch process, ensuring alignment across teams.
Product Positioning & Messaging
- Craft clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging that communicates the value of our products to target audiences.
- Tailor messaging for different segments (e.g., enterprises, governments, startups) across the Arabic-speaking world and beyond.
- Translate complex AI and localization capabilities into language that resonates with non-technical audiences.
Brand & Digital Experience
- Own and optimize the creation of product branding pages from concept and structure to content and user experience.
- Ensure a consistent look, feel, and voice across all product-related materials and touchpoints.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to optimize product storytelling on the website and other platforms.
Product Enhancement & Market Feedback
- Collect and synthesize feedback from users, prospects, and commercial teams to improve product-market fit.
- Partner with product managers to prioritize enhancements, features, or roadmap shifts based on clients and market needs.
- Benchmark against competitors and identify innovation opportunities.
- Support the commercial team in developing product-related sales collateral, including pitch decks, FAQs, and product walkthroughs.
Pricing & Packaging
- Develop and refine pricing strategies and packaging options based on value proposition, client segments, and competitive analysis.
- Test pricing models and monitor market response to drive commercial success.
Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct market analysis to understand trends, user needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Identify growth opportunities for internal products within key industries and regions.
Education, Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in product marketing in SaaS, AI, or language technology.
- Strong experience launching new products and managing end-to-end GTM processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear narratives.
- Collaborative, agile, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent writing skills in both.
